December 2019 Board Minutes Wick Alumni Center
Members Present: Pat Crews, Jim Griesen, Kim Hachiya, Earl Hawkey, Jeff Keown, Don Weeks, Sue Gildersleeve, Alfred Stark, Rita Kean, John Bernthal, Kay Rockwell, Julie Johnson, Doug Jose, Tom Hoegemeyer
President Don Weeks called the retreat luncheon meeting to order at 11:00 AM.
The primary business of the retreat meeting was to review the Association Plan of Work for 2020. A copy of the updated plan is included as an attachment.
President Weeks noted that John Comer has resigned as chair of the Association website committee. Alfred Stark has agreed to assume this responsibility in addition to his role as membership chair.
Board members noted Mr. Comer’s long record of service to the organization and expressed appreciation for his many contributions.
The meeting adjourned at 1:10 PM.
